Incroci di Civiltà

"Incroci di civiltà" is back with a new appointment, from the 29th of March to the 1st of April 2017. At its tenth edition, "Incroci di civiltà" is an international festival of literature promoted by the University of Ca' Foscari, Comune di Venezia, Fondazione di Venezia and with the partnership of The Bauers Venezia, Fondazione Musei Civici Venezia and Marsilio.

Twenty-four writers from twenty different countries will talk with the city of Venice, sharing their own perspectives on the world. Traditionally, both prestigious authors and emerging writers will participate in the Festival, giving the opportunity to have a quality dialogue on literature.

Return is the keyword of this tenth edition of "Incroci di civiltà": on the one hand, because of the new participation by some authors who have already been protagonists of the Festival's past editions, on the other hand because return is an important issue in this historical moment of dramatic movements and hoped-for returns.
